RA & AA Consulting Services was founded by Rosebud Andrews IV, and Aneasha Andrews a husband-and-wife team committed to helping entrepreneurs build businesses the right way from the very beginning.

After navigating the challenges of starting and structuring businesses themselves, Aneasha and Rosebud realized that most entrepreneurs are not failing because they lack ambition — they’re failing because they lack proper structure. Businesses are launched without the right foundation, funding is pursued without preparation, and opportunities are missed due to incomplete setup.
